I recently had my RV serviced at this repair shop, and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The technician, Jake, was thorough and explained everything he was doing, which made me feel much more comfortable. It was a busy day, yet they managed to get my RV back on the road within a reasonable timeframe. The quality of their work is top-notch, as I’ve noticed a significant improvement since the repairs. The only minor downside was that the waiting area could use a little more seating, especially on weekends. But with so much going on outside, I didn’t mind spending time there. I can't say enough good things about my experience at this RV repair shop! When I brought my trailer in, I was initially worried about a persistent leak that had been driving me crazy. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and how they went above and beyond to make sure everything was repaired properly. The only thing I think they could improve on is their communication regarding updates; there were a couple of times I had to follow up for progress. What a relief it was to find this repair shop! After having multiple frustrating experiences elsewhere, I finally found a place that really knows what they’re doing. I brought in my camper for some electrical issues, and the technician was exceptionally knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. I appreciated how they took the time to explain what went wrong and how they were fixing it. The pricing was fair, and I felt like I got good value for the quality of service. My only suggestion would be to improve their online presence; I had trouble finding their contact information and hours. Despite that, I’m thrilled with the work they did and will definitely be back for maintenance in the future.
